About the same probability you have to be struck by lightning twice..

The chances are best if you can only use each number once (i.e., you cannot chose 50 twice or 9 twice from the special balls), so I’ll use it as the best chance:
(50-5)! / 50! × (9-2)! / 9!
= (1/50) × (1/49) × (1/48) × (1/47) × (1/46) × (1/9) × (1/8)
= 1/18306086400
That is, your chances are:
One in 18,306,086,400.
If everyone on the planet picked three random numbers, then most likely just one of them would win. The chances are extremely unlikely (far less likely than getting hit by lightning twice).
